Corporate income tax return
Annual company return with tax computation from audited accounts, and minimum and super tax checks.
Overview
The annual income tax return for companies, computed from audited or prepared accounts, including minimum tax, super tax checks and withholding adjustments.
Why it matters
Companies must file an income tax return every year, even with no income. A return built from proper accounts claims every allowable deduction, applies minimum tax rules correctly and keeps the company on the Active Taxpayers List for lower withholding.
Who needs this
- Private limited companies and SMCs
- Companies with a June year end (due 31 December)
