Property purchase & sale advisory
Advance tax on buying or selling property, capital gain computation, and documents for the registry.
Overview
Advice and paperwork for buying, selling or transferring property: advance taxes under 236K and 236C, capital gains tax, the wealth statement effect, and the documents the registrar or society needs.
Why it matters
Property deals carry withholding tax at both ends, capital gains tax on sale, and valuation rules that differ by city. Planning before the transfer tells you the real cost and avoids surprises at the registrar or in your next wealth statement.
