  • PEC Registration(for engineering firms/contractors).

Registered Engineer (RE)
Required Documents

  • Scanned copies of:
    • Engineering degree and transcripts
    • FSc/A-Level and Matric/O-Level certificates and DMCs
    • CNIC
    • Domicile
    • Passport-sized photograph
    • Paid PEC challan receipt

Professional Engineer (PE)
Required Documents

  • Original PEC RE Certificate and Renewal Card
  • Three passport-sized photographs (2”x1.5”)
  • Copy of EPE qualification letter
  • Attested copies of CPD certificates
  • Current employment certificate
  • Original fee payment receipt

PSEB Registration

Required Documents

For Companies (Private Limited, Single Member, or Partnership):

  • Certificate of Incorporation (from SECP)
  • Memorandum & Articles of Association (MOA/AOA)
  • SECP Form 29 (Particulars of Directors)
  • NTN Certificate (from FBR)
  • Bank Letter/Certificate (Company’s Bank Account Details)
  • Company Profile (Brief Overview of Business Activities)

Travels & Tours Business Registrations

1.Business Registration

 a) Sole Proprietorship / Partnership

    • Application Form(available at the relevant Registrar’s office)
    • CNIC copiesof the owner/partners
    • Partnership Deed(if applicable, attested by a notary public)
    • Business Name Registration(from the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) or local registrar)
    • NTN Registration(from the Federal Board of Revenue – FBR)

b) Private Limited Company (Recommended for Travel Agencies)

  • Company Name Reservation(via SECP’s eServices)
  • Memorandum & Articles of Association(MOA & AOA)
  • Form A(Declaration of compliance)
  • Form 21(Notice of registered office)
  • CNIC copiesof directors/shareholders
  • NTN & Sales Tax Registration(if applicable)

2. Licensing Requirements

a) License from the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA)

  • Required if selling airline tickets (IATA accreditation is an advantage).
  • Application Form(PCAA)
  • Bank Guarantee(varies based on business type)
  • Proof of Office Space(rental agreement or ownership documents)
  • Security Clearance(from relevant authorities)
  • CVs of Key Staff(with experience in travel/tourism)

**b) Registration with the Tourism Department (Provincial)

  • Application Form(from the Tourism Department)
  • Business Profile
  • Proof of Registration(SECP/Partnership deed)
  • Bank Statement(proof of financial stability)
  • Office Lease Agreement / Ownership Proof
